Good colour, questionable quality

I’ve been using CND Shellac for a number of years. I purchased this colour and 2 others. All three colours wrinkle when curing. I’ve used a number of times with the same results each time regardless of the thinness of the layer application. I’m not sure whether this is a batch issue or whether the formula has changed. Disappointing.
