Deliveries of parcels and pallets will normally take 2-3 working days for processing and dispatch (mainland, UK 9 am - 7 pm) but we do ask for a 3-5 working day time frame as courier service can sometime run late. In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the 5 working days time frame set please get in touch with us immediately.
There will be no refund for shipping charges if parcels are delivered late by 3rd party courier.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, delays with any third-party courier and local authorities.
For orders made outside of UK, delivery times vary from country to country.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.
