We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases & Gift cards. Re-schedule parcel to leave in a safe place will be 100% at your own risk, we recommend not to opt for this option! All goods must be check and are in good condition before signing for delivery, if goods are damaged do not sign and contact us A.S.A.P. Delivery services Orders placed before 2 pm Monday - Friday (UK Time), except public holidays and weekends, are dispatched the same day. Subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Orders placed after 2 pm during the weekdays or at weekends will be processed and dispatched the next following working day. Please note - Friday orders will not be processed until Monday. Deliveries of parcels and pallets are normally sent via next day courier service (mainland, UK 9 am - 5 pm) but we do ask for 3-5 working day time frame as courier service can sometime run late. In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the 5 working days time frame set please get in touch with us immediately. There will be no refund for shipping charges if parcels are delivered late by 3rd party courier. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, delays with any third-party courier and local authorities.
