Any items ordered with your service will be shipped together once your nail drill has been serviced.
Is your nail drill making noises, heating up, shaking, overloading or simply dead? Stop using your drill and send it in for a repair or tune-up! Using it while it is making noises or shaking can actually cause more damage to your drill.

The handpiece should not be previously tampered with. When you open the drill and attempt to fix it yourself you can actually damage it beyond repair. If any of the screws have been stripped, or if the handpiece has been oiled or greased, please notify us before sending it in. For all other forms of damage please contact us for further inquiry. We will professionally replace the nail drill handpiece with brand new genuine replacement parts. You can expect a 3-5 business day turnaround (excluding major holidays). All you need to do is pay for shipping of the product to us.

What is included in our service?
Our professionally trained technician will replace all four bearings and carbon brushes.
A professional interior cleansing will also be taken out by removing any dust build up and replace any missing exterior screws free of charge.
We will fully inspect, repair, and test all features of your drill.
The service processing time is approximately 3-5 working days, however during busy periods it may take longer.

When purchasing this service please e-mail us on info@nailsupplyuk.com with the problem your having (hot, noisy, shaking, bit broken or dead) with your handpiece to help us troubleshoot your drill. Please note this service only covers service for ONE drill, Replacement parts will be extra, we will notify you before commencing. For multiple drill repairs please purchase the correct amount needed i.e 2 repair service for 2 hand piece repairs.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer
you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All goods must be check and are in good condition before signing for delivery, if goods are damage do not sign and contact us A.S.A.P.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as nail polishes, Gels and all gel colours, top coat, base coat cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
From time to time brands will upgrade their packaging without notice, exchange and returns will not be accepted under this reason.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Sales and clearance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refund will minus shipping & 5% restocking fee.

received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strive to make our digital color swatches as accurate as possible to the actual product color but due to different monitor settings and electronic devices colors may differ slightly, returns/ refunds will not be accepted for this reason.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery services

Please note: if you have requested for the parcel to be left safe place or to another forwarding courier, this will be 100% at your own risk.
